Dr. Marianne Walch directs the Silver Lotus Training Institute, trains Tai Chi and Qigong instructors globally, and adapts these practices for widespread accessibility post her environmental science career.

With a multifaceted background including Division I athletics, extensive health and wellness expertise, and a Master's in Health Promotion, Alyson joins Core Concierge, offering a holistic and dynamic approach to fitness and well-being.

Mary Mologne McLoughlin

Yoga, Strength & Balance Instructor
Mary M. McLoughlin is the managing director of MTMC Advisors, LLC, offering strategic analysis, program development, and marketing consultation. She retired in 2021 after 17 years in cardiovascular technology. With a career in healthcare, Mary has held leadership roles in product development and patient safety. She holds an MBA from Duke University and a bachelor's in health policy from Penn State University. A fitness enthusiast, she's run six marathons, practiced yoga for 25 years, and teaches yoga. She enjoys golf, tennis, and skiing.

Jonathan Lizer

Executive Chef
Culinary artist with a BA from Johnson & Wales University, boasts a diverse background in fine dining, catering, and private chef roles, with expertise in healthy cooking and a distinguished 20-year history of creating hand-carved ice sculptures, informed by a personal journey with type 1 diabetes.
