Core Concierge Health is a healthcare organization that is passionate about delivering a unique personalized primary care and wellness health experience. Patients receive benefits such as unlimited appointments and appointment times, guaranteed same day access, direct contact with the physicians in the practice, along with full access to our wellness center and programs. There is a membership fee to join the practice.
Your concierge membership fee reserves your place in the practice and ensures you are eligible for all the services offered.
Insurance companies typically do not cover the membership fee. It is an out-of-pocket cost. You can check with your accountant to see if it is a deduction you can claim on your taxes.
Yes. Your membership fee only reserves your place in the practice and does not replace your insurance coverage. You should maintain your insurance for any specialty referrals, labs, imaging, or other testing that is done at other facilities. Some insurances like Medicare do require us to bill your insurance for certain services we provide to you.
All our patients are guaranteed same-day access during our normal business hours and will have direct contact with your physician for after-hours care.
You can be seen as often as you need to be seen.
You will be able to call our office number or schedule an appointment online. After hours you will be able to contact your physician directly.
Yes. We will not have a complicated phone tree. You will easily reach someone in our office, or you will get a prompt to leave a voicemail and we will get back to you within an hour.
If you call during regular office hours, your physician will call you back directly. If it is after hours, you will have direct access to your physician. As always, if it is a true emergency, you should call 911 first.
You can change between the Concierge level and Comprehensive level membership at any time. Any payments or refunds will be prorated appropriately based on the time remaining in the membership year.
While we are confident that our patients will be happy with the services we provide, if for any reason you would like to end your membership or are unable to continue with our practice, we will provide a refund for the remainder of your membership. There is no “locked in” period or any minimal amount of time required.
No. Although we do recommend you schedule a consultation to learn more about the practice and services, you are not required to do so. You can go to the Payment tab and make a payment directly from our website. You will receive a receipt right away and a follow up email within 1 business day with further instructions for completing paperwork and joining the practice. If you would like more information before you sign up, then you can schedule a free membership consultation through our website.
The membership consultation is not a medical appointment. It is for informational purposes only to learn more about the practice and services. It is a chance for you to meet the physician and to ask questions about the practice and services. After joining the practice, we will set you up with a new patient appointment to have your medical history reviewed, medical questions addressed, and an optimized health plan put in place.
If you become a member of Core Concierge Health, you will be a member of the practice and all our physicians will participate in your care and we encourage you to meet and get to know all of our physicians. However, you will choose one physician to be your primary provider and you will see them for most of your appointments.
