With over two decades of experience in healthcare, Carol Ayers is a seasoned Practice Administrator known for her strategic leadership and commitment to operational excellence. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in managing medical offices to ensure optimal performance and superior patient care.
Throughout her 20-year career, Carol has demonstrated a strong track record of success in various healthcare settings. Carol holds a bachelor’s degree in art obtained from the University of Delaware, she worked as a Registered Respiratory Therapist early in her career and has completed various professional development in healthcare administration.
As a Concierge Practice Administrator, Carol oversees all facets of practice operations with a focus on staff management, financial stewardship, and regulatory compliance, driving efficiency and productivity while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. Carol will help in orchestrating seamless operations and delivering unparalleled patient experiences, prioritizing individualized care and patient satisfaction.
Carol's leadership style is characterized by a blend of empathy, professionalism, and innovation. She will collaborate closely with healthcare providers to design and implement tailored care plans and professional development programs, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance accessibility, convenience, and best outcomes for patients.
In addition to Carol’s administrative role within the practice, Carol will actively be involved in advancing the concierge medicine model. Carol participates in industry associations, conferences, and thought leadership forums, sharing insights and shaping the future of personalized healthcare delivery.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Carol enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, particularly enjoying boating and the beach. She finds joy in these moments providing a life balance.

Jessica Yosko, LPN

Hello! I'm Jessica Yosko LPN. I have the privilege of working closely with our patients to address their healthcare needs in a personalized manner. From assisting with
routine visits to managing chronic conditions, I approach each interaction with empathy, attentiveness, and a friendly smile. Building trust and rapport with our patients is at the core of what I do, and I take great pride in being a reliable source of comfort and guidance on their healthcare journey.

One of the aspects I love most about working at Core Concierge Health is the opportunity to truly connect with our patients on a personal level. Beyond their medical needs, I take the time to listen to their concerns, celebrate their successes, and offer a compassionate ear when they need it most. It's incredibly rewarding to be part of a practice that prioritizes the well-being of each individual and goes above and beyond to make a positive difference in their lives.

Outside of work, I treasure the moments and quality time spending with my daughter. We share a deep bond and enjoy fun days at the beach, exploring new destinations, shopping and simply relaxing at home.

I am truly grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the Core Concierge Health, where I can combine my passion for nursing with my love for connecting with others. Together, we're not just providing healthcare – we're building meaningful relationships and making a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve.

Alicia DeMuro

Phlebotomist/CMA

With over 10 years of experience, Alicia is a dedicated and compassionate phlebotomist and certified medical assistant who strives to make every patient feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. She will deliver to our members a sense of empathy with strong communication skills, she is committed to delivering accurate, high-quality care with a personal touch. Alicia takes pride in building trust with our members and ensuring patient satisfaction through every interaction. Outside of work, she enjoys learning new things, spending time with her family, healthy cooking, and cheering on her favorite football team.

Brittany West

Concierge Member Advocate

In my role, I strive to create a welcoming atmosphere for our patients, ensuring their experience with us is both seamless and pleasant. Whether I'm scheduling appointments, assisting with insurance inquiries, or simply offering a friendly smile, I'm here to make sure every patient feels valued and supported. My passion for helping others and my attention to detail allow me to thrive in fast-paced environments, ensuring that patients feel welcomed and supported from the moment they walk through the door.

When I'm not at work, I enjoy my time spent with friends and family. Whether we're gathering for a movie night at home, exploring new places together, or simply enjoying each other's company, these moments are truly precious to me.

Rachael Loveland

Concierge Member Advocate

Rachael has spent the past 15 years working in healthcare, serving as the first point of contact for patients and someone they depend on to create a positive, welcoming experience.

Outside of work, Rachael enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and beloved pets. She loves traveling, especially on cruises that take her to new places she’s never been—and in her free time, she enjoys relaxing with a good book.

At Core Concierge health she plays a key role in guiding patients through their care, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly, questions are answered, and every interaction feels personal and supportive. She takes pride in making patients feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive.

Carmel Monfileto

Certified Dietician

Carmel Monfiletto is a certified dietician who has been practicing for over 30 years. She had developed and presented numerous corporate wellness programs, operated successful private nutrition coaching practices, and has authored and published columns on nutrition. She was previously named “dietician of year” by the Pennsylvania Dietic Association. As a business woman, volunteer, fitness enthusiast, mother of three children, and a crazy Pittie Herder named Keesha, Carmel knows the value of optimal health, high energy, and consistently feeling good.

Cass Bosco

Director of Aesthetic Services

Cass brings 15+ years experience in aesthetic medicine to the Core Concierge Health family. She recently relocated to Rehoboth Beach from Pennsylvania, where she was the founder and CEO of Amazing Skin, a full service medical spa. For almost two decades, Cass led a team of skilled professionals committed to delivering a highly customized and transformative experience to every patient. Her approach to skin health and wellness is innovative, result driven and holistic. Cass is a firm believer in the benefits of corrective skincare and aesthetic lasers. She participates in advanced and ongoing training to provide patients with the latest innovations in aesthetics. As the Director of Aesthetic Services at Core Concierge Health, Cass is eager to provide our community with the highest level of care with an acute attention to detail.

When Cass is not hard at work helping patients achieve healthy glowing skin, she enjoys time with her family and friends, good food, and almost anything outdoors.

Tremaine Hall

Phlebotomist

Tremaine Hall has over 11 years experience in phlebotomy and working in healthcare. She works in several capacities within our office; as a phlebotomist, medical assistant and member advocate. When not working she loves spending time with her family.

Steve Phelps

Marketing Director

Steve Phelps handles the creative and marketing side of Core Concierge Health.

With 12 years of experience in graphic design, web development, and marketing management, Steve focuses on making things clear, approachable, and easy to connect with. He’s a graduate of the Raleigh School of Communication Arts, where he studied Digital Media Arts & Animation, and he still brings that creative-meets-technical mindset into everything he does.

When he’s not working, Steve enjoys electronics repair, golfing, and riding bikes. He’s also a big fan of the beach and coastal living, which fits right in with the relaxed, people-first feel of Core Concierge Health.

Smita Vyas

Certified Phlebotomist

Smita is a certified phlebotomist and medical assistant with over 14 years of experience. She has received numerous awards and recognition for her diligent hard work and upbeat friendly personality. Smita prides herself not only on her technical lab skills but also her focus on making the patient feel comfortable. She lives locally with her husband and son.
